The tiers are changed year to year.
There are a lot of girls going through rush.
A bid from the house ur happiest with regardless of what tier is gonna make u happy considering the amount of girls rushing.

Except the top tier never changes. Yeah the kid/lower tiers may change, but the top two sororities have remained the same for years..

Tiers have changed that’s why the used to be top tiers are getting upset. They shouldn’t because things can change back with the next rush
