where should i rush fall 2019?

Incoming freshman. Personally, I am not looking for the house with the best parties. Looking for a house where the brothers actually care about grades and academics, but still are chill. Maybe even like a preppier frat (Vineyard Vines stereotype, etc.) ? It doesn't have to be a top house or anything. Any recommendations or personal experiences on where I should rush will help. Thanks.
