phi/chi - hottest houses. known as kind of stuck up and picky but a favorite of most frats
kappa- full of themselves and not very good looking but hang out with pike and sig chi
theta- kind of weird and socially awkward but most girls are pretty and known to be smart
axo- two words: party chicks. hit or miss in the looks department
zeta/kd/sk- all fun with a decent amount of good looking girls. nice but not as hot or close with top tier frats
the rest- don't care
#8 by: no.
Everyone parties with everyone a little bit even if the higher houses party more with certain houses. There are girls in every sorority that date guys in every house. From a guy in a top tier house, just go through recruitment and you will land in the right place. Besides, some of the lower tier houses have a stronger reputation nationally anyway and are beginning to recruit better.

Sorry you are wrong about your list. Most of these can be interchangeable. But for the most part the first listed is the top in that group.
Top: Alpha Phi/Chi Omega/Kappa Kappa Gamma
Almost Top or Almost Middle (we'll see after rush where they fall) Kappa Alpha Theta /Alpha Chi Omega/Zeta Tau Alpha
Middle: Kappa Delta/Sigma Kappa/Pi Beta Phi/Gamma Phi Beta
Bottom: Delta Gamma/Sigma Delta Tau/Alpha Omicron Pi

i would say Phi over XO anyday, especially after seeing both of their PC '12s
and AXO over Theta this year at least. If AXO has another good pledge class they'll for sure bump Theta into the 5th spot.
