tiers changes

I think instead of the current method of rankings it should be tear 1,2,3 so on and so forth up to tier 10 or tier X. My frat is tier X. I my self am tier X.

I agree there should be more than top mid and low tier. You sound like a smart guy. What fraternity are you in?
