Since quota was less than 50 for every house that means less than half of all girls rushing got a bid. Seems like every house should end up with an awesome pledge class! Congrats to all of the houses on a successful rush

Happens every year. Girls drop out when they don’t like the houses they have left rather than finishing the process and giving the houses a chance.

It is time consuming but there must be other reasons as well. That seems like a lot of girls to drop.

Honestly the process is horrible. If less than half the girls who registered actually received a bid (no matter if they were released, or dropped out) ... that's not good.

I would be very interested to know how many were released vs how many willingly dropped out. The problem is people aren’t willing to join what are considered lower tier houses so it will never change and those houses will find it difficult to improve because too many aren’t willing to give them a shot.

What is total? Is quota usually around 50 girls? What is the average amount of girls that sign up for recruitment every year?

If a whole bunch of attractive girls who are considering dropping got together and all joined one of the "lower tier" houses, the house could then improve. An alternative instead of dropping out.
