black friend interested in rushing, expectations?

Title should be, "Black friend interested in rushing, what should he expect," but the character limit.

So my buddy and I are both freshman. He's black and he's trying to rush. From our conversations he's not really interested in black frats. He's a good dude. Athletic, gets girls, smart, can make a damn good jungle juice, and comes from a wealthy family in the Birmingham area.
His family, who are all in black frats and sororities, put some bs thought in his head about racism or not even making it. I know MSU isn't Ole Miss but what should he expect?

Yes he should definitely rush whichever frats interest him with no worries.

Of course there are some people that might take issue with being black but if this person is Athletic and wealthy, should be enough for him to end up with a bid somewhere decent
