frat rankings 2018 spring-fall

Top:
1. SAE: sweet house and respectful guys. They really don’t have much competition right now for #1 but next year might be different

2. Fiji: was in the shadow of snu and pike but with sig chi’s they’re going to be competing with SAE for #1

3. SNU: good looking lads, some are scummy but who cares

4. Pike: they’re top tier, but some of their recent pledge classes are some goofy looking dudes. Honestly don’t get why they’re as high as they are, but rankings are rankings

Upper Mid:
5. Psi U: cool house, might be top tier in a year

6. Theta Chi: theta chi could be top tier but they’re lacking in the looks department . Really fun guys though

7. Delta Sig: beautiful house, some dudes are odd, but most of them are cool

8. Sigma Pi: their house would probably look nicer if it wasn’t next to SAE’s mansion, but they’re quantity guys

Mid:
9. Phi Tau: phi Tau was on the move to be upper mid, but they lost their house and now they’re biting the bullet

10. Alpha Sig: new house was a big step in the right direction. They need better looking dudes if they want to move up more though

11. AEPi: The most decent frat In east Lansing

12. Phi Psi: they’re house is actually pretty cool looking, small though.
Their recent pledge classes have let them climb the ranks a bit.

Lower Mid:
13. Phi Delt: might make mid tier with a solid pledge class or two

14. Pi Kapps: their house really holds them back

15. Beta: beta is just chillin’

16. Kappa Sig: these guys are borderline lower mid. Solid group of guys.

Bottom:

17. Zeta Psi: they’re new but have good looking dudes. they need a nicer house if they want to move up rankings

18. TDX: a lot of these guys are super nice. They’re house is decent but it’s outshined by theta chi’s house.

19. Triangle: low ranking dudes but they’re going to be super successful so jokes on us. Their guys are gentlemen though.

20. DKE: they’re convinced they’re going to be top tier next year but those GDI’s are going nowhere

21. TKE: bunch of goobers

22. FH: these guys have socials with their cousins
