gpa important?

How strict are soroities on grades? Like if I were to rush and my GPA is under their asking GPA will I not be able to get into a house because of it?

while i dont thnk "retard" was appropriate to use,
if you're really that worried about grades you probably shouldn't join a house. you'd be on academic probation and couldn't go to any socials anyways. i think the minimum gpa before probation is 2.5 though, but a house will take you without knowing your grades because it's usually the beginning of the year and most PNMs are freshman without a GPA

nope you're fine, as i said you'll get into a house no problem it will just be once you're in the house that grades will matter. during recruitment this fall ask the girls what their academic requirements are, our house is 2.5
