by: msuI was just wondering how old most greek members are, are they 18 to 25, Im 29 and I was thinking of rushing next fall, I always wanted to be in a frat, would some please let me know?

I saw your post earlier and wasn’t sure if you were serious but since you posted again here goes. Greek life tends to attract freshmen/sophomores new to campus. You do you see juniors rush sometimes but not seniors. Many in Greek life went to high school together and depending on the house I would say a high school mentality still exists. Often you will see juniors/seniors either drop or lose interest in attending events as they now can go to bars and that is their social outlet. So I would say the majority of Greek life is 18-20. I don’t think you will be happy hanging out with kids 10 years younger than you.

Campus Life offers many different types of social and philanthropic groups for students of any age. You might involve yourself in a non-greek organization with purposes, goals and values similar to those of greek orgs. Wearing greek letters isn't necessary to feeling worthy nor to doing good works.
