A lot of people portray people in Fraternitys and Sororitys in a negative light. People demonize Greek Life yet neglect to notice all of the Good your organizations do with philanthropy events. People in Greek Life get stereotyped as being dumb when they have some of the highest Grade Point Avearges. Many great male and female leaders in a plethora of fields where at some time or another a member of a fraternity or a sorority.
In your experience does any of the Greek Life Stereotypes turn out to be true and if so which ones?
Is there an us versus them dyanimic between people in Greek Life and People who are not?
Do you feel as if people misunderstand you? And what misconceptions of Greek Life if any do you wish you could shed if you had the chance?
Do you ever feel like people judge you and discriminate agaisnt you when wearing your pledge pins or letters?
Are non-Greek life individuals bullies to people who are in Greek life and do people in Greek life get mistreated just for being Greeks?
What's it like being a small community in a large campus yet having everyone have an opinion of you?
How does any of this effect you?
Are people mean to you for being Greek affiliated ?
And what do you wish more people understood about Greeklife who are not in it?
