This is NOT accurate. SNU is not top tier and Pikes are slipping fast. Both are douchey guys who think chics want them. SAE top tier and FIJI taking Sig Chi House will put them neck and neck. SigEp merged with DKE. They got the best pad for parties of all frats. It will be an interesting end to the year.

Agree about pike. Pike is similar to a phi and kappa on strat side. Those houses were top for so long and people can’t wrap there heads around the fact that they have slipped and things have changed. Probably why they hang out together all the time. Sae and Fiji are way better than pike now!
