Can someone please explain the process of continuous open bidding to me?!?! I'm kind of confused is COB just another name for informal rush???

You can email different sororities and ask if they’re going to be participating in spring rush when it comes closer. If a sorority was going to do cob, they probably already did it. Spring rush is what’s next, but a lot of houses probably won’t do it
