To be honest there are a lot of houses that are as good if not better than phi here. Some pnms are getting smarter and actually looking at houses with open eyes rather than getting hung up on phi, kkg, etc....many girls chose mid and upper mid over phi, kkg, etc....there are still and always will be those girls that come in thinking I want to be a phi or kappa but not nearly as much as in the past. There truly is no number 1 at msu and the gaps between top and upper middle etc... is very slim.

Honestly due to the closing in gap between top and mid tier houses, I would argue kappa isn't even top anymore. There are plenty of other sororities girls are joining over kappa now.
