is it just me or is "top tier" no longer..

I feel like a switch of the tiers is coming...top houses that used to be clearly the best at the school seem like they're losing popularity. Such as KKG and Alpha Phi and Chi O..

As far as I'm concerned these houses are considered mid tier..do you think these houses will recover? Or do you think other houses will gain popularity and there will be new top houses in campus.

I have been here four years and people keep saying this every year. Kappa, Chi and Phi are top and have been and always will be.

So not true! Kappa and phi definitely falling. Pretty much everyone agrees on that. They will never be bottom for sure but really think they are uppermid now. It is evident by last 2 pledge classes not just because of their looks alone but average girls in many ways.
