fall recruitment
by: msuwhy do we rank off of looks and partying? if we ranked off of well roundedness and member personality, not that many girls would have dropped this fall. it is pretty disappointing.

Honestly there shouldn't be any rankings at all because no one knows what a sorority is really like. That is why so many people just go by looks which is superficial but all the girls who dropped are just as superficial. Just think if a group of those girls would as a group join "lower ranked" houses to make them stronger. Things could turn around quickly and those houses would start to make quota and girls might not drop out of recruitment. The conversation may then be yeah most houses did the same but damn did you see xyz's pledge class. They killed it. The mindset of everyone needs to change for things to turn around but it is unlikely.
