rushing again

If I rush as a transfer spring or as a second-time recruitment goer in fall 2018 would I not get into a house if I went through rush a first time and dropped this fall 2017?

How would you be a transfer in the spring if you are rushing now? And why are you wanting to drop now?

Recruitment is over for fall right now and the chapters I was left with weren't at MSU so I wouldn't be able to transfer into that chapter. I wasn't into the chapters that I had so I'm not pursuing any of them.

Would I have a chance to rush again in spring or fall 2018 and have a good chance?

You would have a chance in the fall. No one would know if you rushed and dropped at another school. Spring would be difficult because you would be new and might not know anyone. Spring bids are usually reserved for friends of actives.
