Merging with Dke doesn't equal relevancy, it equals disrespect for the brotherhood they joined. Were they really so scared of becoming irrelevant that they had to do this merger? Whatever. Flease chill the f out and stop hyping this merger.

The remaining tenants are being evicted. Then the property will be renovated into a first-class student organization housing project and leased out, perhaps to the university given increasing enrollment and the need for more bed space.
