Same rankings for past couple of years. I really feel phi and kappa are trending down. Phi actually way down. Chi same. Axo same or maybe trending up. Upper middle are all gaining momentum as is Axid. Not nearly as cut and dry as it used to be. The hold that a phi and kappa have had on top tier is kind of over. Great girls are going elsewhere.

Definitely! Especially with so many "top" houses turning away so many girls they want but don't have room for - legacies take up a lot of space and now tha AXID has a nice house, its makes a difference, Zeta is over rated, SK is too. I know all the top houses hate to hear it but there are bottom houses that will always be bottom but the middle houses are just as relevant to fraternities. I heard Tri Delt is coming to MSU.

Legacies do not take a lot of spots. Both chi o and theta were blasted on this site for not taking legacies. Someone is feeding you some bs that top houses are cutting a lot of girls that they want to take because they don't have room. Sorry but Zeta and sk are not overrated. I agree that other houses are just as relevant to frats as the supposed top tier. Hope the pnms realize that.

pi phi, and gphi are not close to AXID in my opinion! Plus wait until the PNMs arrive this year - a lot of legacies have been dropped in past years and houses have been on notice for it -- some Nationals are saying keep the legacies or at least push them forward.

And KD is more in line with AXID


Its sad that there are rankings by people in sororities but its a fact -

I agree with this list, greek life is changing here. although I think that Kappa and Chi O should be on different lines. theta and DG have awesome pledge classes this year are rising up the ranks whereas other top tiered houses are going down
