I'm going to Michigan state next year I don't know if I should rush I'm very laidback and is known around my area as the flower child I don't believe in judging people I'm always smiling and honestly just want to make a positive impact on peoples lives I know sororities do a lot for communities which I like but I don't want to be hazed or superficial or forced to act not like me.

I was the same way and didn't want to rush until like the last day of sign up. You don't get hazed. The rituals are very traditional and kind of weird, but they don't make you do anything to humiliate each other or yourselves or anything bad at all. Some sororities have a lot of people with similar personalities to yours like mine does, I would rush and see if you think you can find a home in any of them!

Can't hurt to give it a try. You will know if it's not right for you during the process and can drop out if that is the case. You may regret it if you don't at least try it.
