do sororities look at your instagram or social medias when rushing? like do they consider how many followers you have. Would that be a big factor in deciding whether you're fit for a sorority or not?

lol no we don't have that kind of time during recruitment. We might scope out certain girls that we know of or have heard about specifically but not every single person

beggars can't be choosers. MSU is a middle class college. not like you'll scope girls in st barts or going nuts at Neiman. just basic starbucks visits and at someone's lakehouse

Yes they do for some girls. If you are insta famous and good with filters you are gold for certain houses.

We don't necessarily look at how many followers you have but if you're sloppy in every single picture that may be a red flag. Like another poster said, we don't have time to look at everyone. Just those we may have heard something about and want to check it out, or those we are super interested in.

nobody cares. half the "hot" girls in top houses here are low-key poor, the other half are upper middle to rich uglies who tan and wear cute clothes to try to look more attractive
