I'm thinking the houses on each line are interchangeable depending on who you prefer.
Also gphi is missing and on par with dg and pi phi.
Rankings are pretty accurate but some people switch SK and theta because SK is big on partying to get their rep while theta still has some quality girls they're just big on "being classy"
However, SK is obsessed with their "rank" so that could be a pro or con depending on how you look at it.

AXO is top tier. The girls I hang out with in there are so much more fun and laid back than chi o or phi, and the only top girls down to smoke a blunt with you, so in my humble opinion they should be at the top at least this year if not last
