MID and LOWER houses are not the same........ So PLEASE STOP placing them there!
TOP houses are always known for having good looking girls. They get picked/are wanted FIRST by all the fraternity houses.
MID houses have a mix of good looking girls and not so many good looking girls. They usually have stronger sisterhoods compared to the TOP houses and are more laid back. These houses go on closed rushes , ski weekends, and have social events with most if NOT all the fraternities. ONLY difference is they are not 1st pick like the top houses are....
For example: if FIJI was to have a social and it was between AXO and KD, they would most likely go with AXO. (KD would end up having a social with someone else....so in the end it doesn't really matter...)
LOWER houses don't have much socials events, and have maybe 5 cute girls. They usually hang out with the small fraternities on campus.
These are the rankings leave them as that!

Yessss. This person knows what they are talking about. In general top houses take girls who have good personalities AND are pretty. Middle houses take girls with good personalities and decently attractive, however, you can still get a bid for Ailey personality. Lower houses will take anyone who has a heart beat. I have never heard of aopi or sdt saying no to someone. They will reach out to girls and beg them to join after they get dropped from houses they want.
