HOWEVER- A few of the "top" houses are falling, and a couple "upper middle" are becoming really good. Recruitment is gonna be competitive and awesome

the fact that phi is on top for every single rank is pathetic. phi is not THE top house. it is a hit or miss house. they have some really cute girls and some very weird girls. They also have been desperate for numbers the past several years and were taking anyone off the street. ask anyone living in the house now, there is SO much drama in the house that it will be funny to see how much they put down other houses during recruitment to ignore their awful reputation.

Any rankings within tiers are personal opinions. Also, there are certain houses on the rise or falling. I would say XO and AXO are falling, while ZTA is becoming more prominent. Who knows what this year has to bring :)

Phi's number 1 because their girls are the most fun imo.
Kappa's number 2 and good for them for shedding their b/itch image.
Chi O's number 3, not as hot as a couple years ago but still pretty good.
AXO's right behind them. AXO's seniors are definitely their strength, so if they don't step it up this rush, they're going to start to suck.
Theta's going to hell. barely top tier.
None of the rest matter. And yes, Pi Phi and DG = SDT and AOPi.

Phi is not number 1. They are number 2.
Kappa is not numer 2. They are 3 and have not shredded that image. (sorry, assuming your a kappa)
Chi O is 1, but yes they are not as hot.
AXO is NOTTT NOT NOT right behind them. they are falling off the deep end.
Theta, at this point, is probably in front of AXO since AXO is sucking, even though NO ONE like theta.
And I disagree that no others matter. I would definitely say that at this time KD and Zeta are pulling in some good girls and are becoming stronger houses.
Pi Phi and DG aren't on the same level of wretchedness as SDT and AOPi. But they are barely above it.
