I agree with the most part but there are a few houses that just haven't changed.

Aphi (uphill)
Chi O (slightly downhill)
Theta (indifferent)
KKG (indifferent)
AXO (downhill)
KD (uphill)
Zeta (downhill)
Gphi (uphill)
SK (downhill)
Piphi (downhill)
DG (indifferent)
AOpi and SDT are doomed to suck forever.
