how to go to frat parties???

I'm a non Greek girl but I would say that I'm fairly attractive. How can I get into parties at good frats like sae or pike? Do they only do socials with sororities? I sound dumb but I don't know how any of this works lol

You have to know a person in the frat who can get you in, but those kind of parties are closed to only particular sororities. Greeks tend to only associate w/ greeks so my advice to you is to join a sorority to get into these frats.
