how many sophomores do sororities take during rush
by: msuI'm going to rush as a sophomore in the fall, but I was wondering how big is the competition and how likely am I to actually get a bid from a decent sorority. I don't expect to get top tier but I'd like to be in at the very least gphi. Is it based on connections or will I do fine if I go in not knowing anyone in greek life? Does attractiveness/money play a bigger part in rush or is it based on who you know? Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure if I want to limit myself to just that sorority though... you know? Like I feel like formal recruitment can allow me to look at all my options. Also I don't know anyone in greek life so I think spring recruitment would be pointless because they'd take someone they know over me.
