observation
by: HmBased on this website it seems that AXO, Sigma Kappa, and Alpha Xi Delta are the favorite choices with guys, girls, and other houses. There's some houses that frat boys love but girls cannot stand, some house girls like that boys dispise, some disliked by both, etc. but it seems like those three are all around pretty popular in the fact that they're generally liked by many. :)

I don't know if I would say most popular but I agree to a certain extent that they seem well liked. Not sure a xi d belongs in the conversation yet. Would add theta instead. They seem to be content to be just below the top and to stay out of the cat fighting about who is top. Those houses seem a little more genuine, down to earth, and laid back overall.

Theta and AXO are definitely popular houses, they are way more liked than kappa or phi
