Only panhel really knows the real rankings here. They actually keep track of it every year. There is some general truth in the tiers because it is forced by panhel based the previous years' 1st party and 2nd party cut rates.

Houses put together a bid list and track the percentage of girls they get from the 1st bid list. If the girl you wanted has a crappy second choice and they picked you, congratulations. If the girls you want had other competiive houses and they picked you, you won.

Rumor on the street is Phi took a lot of the girls Chio wanted. Dg took a lot of the girls Gamma Phi wanted.

Kappa and Theta, even though people like them in the beginning, most of the girls that get in don't have many other good houses on their lists.

Zeta...is overrated. They are almost never picked over KD, AXO or SK. I really don't understand the hype and level of self promotion. I am not sure about Axid.
