What happened with Theta chi? I'm a transfer student and I know their chapter got broken up a few years ago but I want to know the story

IFC found out their Housing Corps was sending money to ISIS so the national fraternity shut them down but Obama thought what they did was heroic so he made an executive order to bring them back to MSU
