getting into a top house...

I know some people are gonna think this is dumb, or it doesn't matter if a house is top tier or not, its about the sisterhood...but as someone who is rushing this fall I want to know how hard it actually is to get into a top house...specifically Phi, KKG, and Chi Omega? IDK if those are even top tier anymore but this is just from what I've heard as an outsider of the greek community. I hate to say this it honestly makes me cringe.. I have the looks! but what else does it take?
