tips to get into a top sorority

They care way more about money. For example Chi O is on top yet they only have a handful of actually pretty girls. Hottest girls are straight 6 on a good day. I see a lot more hot girls who maybe aren't as rich In zeta and theta which are middle tier. KKG and aphi definitely care about money too it's obvious when you rush

Why do you wanna get into a top house? So people think you're cool? Getting into good parties? Meeting "top frats"? Or do you want sisterhood?

Unlike a lot of people on here that like to attack others for asking about top sororities, it not because of just "top frats" or because I wan't to seem "cool". I actually had no idea what "tiers" were until recently, but I did research the sororities and figure out what they're about and how they are as a sisterhood and I just found a few that I knew I would click with and seem like the type of people I would enjoy having around for more than 4 years. Obviously i'm going to go into recruitment with an open mind, but I don't wan't something as simple as economic standing to make my chances any less than another girl if I do end up clicking with a "top tier" house. I don't see why someone can't just give me a straight answer instead of getting defensive over a simple question.

Don't let rude people discourage you for asking an honest question. When people say "rich" they mean coming from an area of the state that is typically more affluent or has more girls rush from the area. But if you do not come from one of these areas, do not be discouraged... Good houses want the best girls, plain and simple. That's what keeps them on top. Show your personality and smile!

It's not that they only choose wealthy girls, it's that they choose girls from predominantly wealthy areas through dirty rushing
Also, being wealthy is kind of a sign you'll be able to pay thousands of dollars over the course of 4 years to be in a sorority and stay in (or at least your parents will)

Some girls are predetermined--have friends in the house, are pretty/hot, etc.
For the most part, the top sororities are looking at the PNM based on how the guys will think is hot. The girls like the nice clothing, shoes, and purses. I have seen some really zero personality girls that are beautiful and dress well, get to the top houses. Funny, because people are usually sorry once they get in. There are a few girls who are average looking but kind of "cool" get in too.

About half of the Kappas are pretty darn homely. Alphi seems to attract the pretty girls.
