From the perspective of a guy in a mid tier fraternity:
KKG and Chi O have some super hot girls, a lot of them are fun to hang out with at the bars
Theta and SK are pretty fun too, haven't partied with Theta as much as the latter but they both have their fair share of fun and great looking girls
Big fan of Zeta
Phi and AXO are somewhere in there too. Only know a few from each but nothing super positive or negative either way.
KD is fun, super nice girls, got a good mix of hotties and then some that I'm surprised are even in a sorority at all. Still, absolutely nothing negative to say about them
Got some other mid-tiers down there, I feel like you can kind of swap them around pretty easily, only thing is that AXiD and DG have more depth than Pi Phi and GPHI. Fun girls overall, just got some weirdos in there
SDT and AOII round out the list. You'll get the occasional 7 or maybe even an 8 out of these. Occasionally a fun girl but it gets old pretty quick. Surprisingly catty, you'd assume they'd have better sisterhood. Who cares, every thought about them is a second wasted. Better to just get them out of the way on Day 1 unless you've spent the last 18 years in the whale exhibit at the aquarium.

you seem to care a lot about Greek life for someone who supposedly isn't in it
if what you're saying is true it's immature to base your views of an entire house on somebody else's interactions
theres good & bad in every house so if PNMs read this GO IN BLIND bc anybody putting down a house on here is probably salty about one or 2 girls in that other house
