as opposed to the bull people put on the fraternity reviews, lets give our opinions on fraternities but make sure theyre REAL.

3) Over hyped, riding on the coat tails of old reputation, dying
4) Good, getting better
5) Has been good for years, still getting better. Arguably top house.
