rushing this fall

by: Legacy

I'll be a sophomore rushing this fall and I'm keeping an open mind because I just want to join the sorority that I fit in best with but I'm still nervous about getting a bid. My aunt went to UMich but was in Sigma Kappa; will they still consider me as a legacy even though she didn't go to MSU?

What if the sorority I pledged down south is not here at msu? May I rush a new sorority?

If you were initiated no you cannot rush a new sorority.
If you weren't yes you may, but i think there's some kind of rule that if you got a bid you have to wait a year before you rush again. So if you rushed last semester you wouldn't be able to rush until next year.. You should look up the Panhellenic rules though because I may be wrong instead of asking on an anonymous forum..

If the sorority you pledged down south was not a national sorority (local to campus only), then you can pledge a sorority here.
