I rushed this year but it didn't work out. I'm more confident this year but I am junior, is it worth it to rush?

As long as you want to be a part of a Greek organization, it is never too late. If you are a good fit, there are plenty of houses that will take you regardless of what year you are. Get to know as many houses as you can and then go from there!
