DTD is coming to MSU... too many new chapters in IFC, this is getting out of hand. Panhel should let more chapters join, 14 is not enough compared to the 34/35 fraternities now

To become a chapter they have to have enough guys to be an average sized fraternity on campus. So, unless they have 60+ guys already, they won't be a chapter for a while. Probably will disband before that happens.
