Pi phi is a bottom house of course they take juniors. Maybe not a ton but a few for sure

Pi Phi doesn't take juniors unless they are a transfer, staying extra years AND have made a really big impression during recruitment. Besides those things combined, they definitely won't

My wife is a junior in high school as well and was told she was not allowed to rush Sigma Chi or Pike right to her face so I assume these organizations would not allow you to rush either
