such a painfully average house. the girls are very plain looking and they are one of the most boring houses to have socials with. middle tier at best i would say

This is an honest post. As a "top tier" fraternity guy, Thetas are great. Easily a top tier house. Gorgeous girls that are classy. Definitely understand what being in a sorority is all about. Do not listen to any hate on this site.

Known as socially awkward bookworms but many of the thetas don't fit that stereotype. Older girls are gorgeous and have good relations with top tier fraternities. Fall 12 was a slight decline but hopefully this year there's a turnaround. One of the prettiest sorority houses despite location

If you join this house your social life will literally go down the drain. So boring and they all have boyfriends so they never go out. Most of them have fallen off the face of the earth once they joined.
