No one calls theta bottom tier but they are not top either. Upper middle with axo zeta and sk.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Michigan State University - MSU 3.0 I really think this house is overrated. I know a couple of nice Thetas but also a few girls that are so caught up in popularity and what houses they socialize with over what kind of people they are which is disappointing.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Michigan State University - MSU 4.0 Theta has been a solid house all four years I've been here. These girls have been a riot to mix with, and are natural beauties. Not too interested in material artificial things...Very refreshing.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at Michigan State University - MSU 4.4 Love this house... I'm not in it, but i wish i would have picked them this year during recruitment. I am very jealous of their sisterhood...their new pledge class is super cute and they all seem to be such good friends already which i envy. I only hear positive things about them and they carry a very positive reputation.
