Huge house so it's hard to judge them all. There are a few douches and oddballs, but the majority of the brothers are down to earth, cool guys. They have big tailgates which are awesome, it's hard to not have a good time. Can be a bit exclusive at times and are known to smoke now and then, but then again everyone else does too. Overall, fun house and chill guys. Top tier in my book.

The anount of brothers in this house is immense. Its hard to call someone your brother when you see then once every two weeks. Of course they have a nice house, but as far as brothers go i always go by quality over quantity. I've heard scary stories, wouldnt want to find myself there alone or at any party. Cops bust them all the time, too much drama and they try to hard to fit into the "frat guy" norm

I don't know why everyone is freaking out because they smoke a little weed, doesn't every college student do that? They always have the best alcohol at their socials and are really nice guys who know how to rage. Prime house and location. They'll be in the top tier this year.

They have the most brothers on campus. They have the coolest house and definitely have the best parties on campus. Most of the other people on here that are bashing them either a) couldn't get a bid or b) are jealous because this house is top house. I am not involved in a frat currently but I can say after visiting every top house on campus Theta Chi is definitely number one. The Lodge is the best frat house on campus and all of the brothers are inviting to everyone.
