Weird guys who are creepy and will get mad at you over the smallest things to protect their house they don’t even take care of. if they had cool and nice guys this could be a top fraternity but sadly people realize there are wayyyy better places to go.

Only thing that’s good about theta chi is the house they have, some really weird guys and creeps, and they are always in trouble. Def wouldn’t recommend so many better options

This place has way too many creeps and susboys. They got thrown a big house from their alum but don’t know how to use it. Seriously avoid theta chi if you are thinking about rushing a fraternity. A ton of middle-school behavior going on out there

These guys have a nice house and that it is it. They are not loyal or cool. If you want someone to have your back this is not the place. Dont treat girls all that great.

Was at one of their parties this past semester. Walked into a room only to find a group of brothers on all fours, in a circular formation, with their heads buried in the brother in front of him’s backside. Very Human Centipede-esque. Considered joining the circle until the nauseating stench hit me like that garbage truck hit Dwayne Haskins. Will not be back
