Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 2.8 they have been a top houses on campus for years now. Every decade there is always a house on top, like in 90's it was beta (ikr, but apparently playboy ranked them as the fourth best party house in the nation or some ish like that) Anyways the house is defiantly classy, has money, and hangouts out with some nice girls. Yet this is just the oakland county high school bubble expect it's the college version. Their brotherhood is sketchy and that is what kills houses. No house here is top top tier

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 3.4 everyone considers sigma chi to be the top house on campus but I'm not sure why... Yeah, they're considered to be "selective" / strong nationally but in reality, the guys in this chapter aren't very attractive or nice for that matter. Sororities talk about this house but I think it's more for social climbing because the actual brothers suck to hang out with. Sorry not sorry.

Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 1.2 Guys have very boring personalities and are obsessed with each other. Not top house anymore. Known to be classy and respectful but that has definitely gone down when they started hanging with sloppy sororities and having open parties. Inside jokes are not funny, especially when no one gets them except B club...
