not as great all around like everyone says, boys only talk to me get laid and its really overbearing sometimes, usually try to stay with my friends because of constantly getting felt up at socials

Ill admit PIKE throws the best tailgates but that is about it. the boys are not good looking. theyre house is worse than a crack house, and none of the boys truly care about eachother. also i heard they were getting their house taken away because of finances idk though

i was brought here to rush as a freshman and had had to run away to get out the house because they were physically restraining all their rushees they want on the last night, the image they portray is the alpha male/douchey image, being in fraternity for me wasn't just about partying and hooking up with sorority girls, I wanted guys I could eventually call family and I knew I wasn't going to get that here. These guys may be considered a top tier fraternity but their brotherhood is far from it.

def the best if not the best house on this campus, always have been dominant socially, one problem before was their external relations and their new president is fixing that, every house should aspire to be like these guys (except for their is absolutely disgusting)

Top tier solely based on looks and money. Both of which are quickly declining. Tons of problems financially, terrible brotherhood and their most recent pledge class is not attractive. One wrong move and they're house is going to be gone
