Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 2.9 This house is my sleeper pick when it comes to all things frat. With a big turnaround in the recent years they have-in my opinion- come from middle middle to low top. We will see if the future changes my mind, or if they will fade back down.
