Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 1.0 A group of these guys tried to talk to my friends and I when we were at the bar for St Patrick’s day. We were all pretty drunk and they were sober. They were really weird and touchy.
