Phi Kappa Sigma - ΦΚΣ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 4.2 The new house on Spartan Ave is a huge upgrade. One of the cleanest frats I’ve been to and they all seem really nice. Not quite top tier but they throw fun parties and I always feel safe there.
