They refunded last year and they got off to a slow start but they are starting to make strides in the right direction. They are getting a beautiful house next year and their pledge classes this year have been good. They are not quite there yet but if they keep on the path they are one they will become one of the better fraternitys on campus. They are polite and fun and I love hanging with them. It's only a matter of time until others begin to realize it too.

Literally nothing maybe get a house and then be even slightly relevant. And if you get SDT's house good luck way too far from campus.

although my sorority doesn't have socials with them the ones i have met are really smart cute and fun! once they get their name out more I could see them being a very popular frat

For those of you that don't know if this frat it's most likely due to the fact they were kicked off campus for being too rowdy. They're coming back to campus next year when they regain their house. Expect great things from them, they'll be upper middle tier at the very least, and have the potential to be top tier. Keep your eye on these guys.

I've been on a couple date parties with them and they are honestly so nice, cute, and fun. I have nothing bad to say about any of them. Once they get a house i think that they will for sure rise!
