Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 4.8 Very good looking guys, these guys don't get enough attention. Their parties are awesome and their basement is sick. They're super classy and I always feel safe when i'm there. They are getting more and more attention and undoubtedly will be in the top in a few years

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 4.8 A nice bunch of guys and fun to party with. Pledge class has some great guys. You can go to this house and not fear for your safety as with some other houses. All around top tier frat.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 4.4 One of the nicest houses I've seen on campus by far. They also threw some good ragers this year. The guys are down to earth and are always willing to go the extra mile to show everyone a good time. They even had an ice rink in their front yard. The house is a bit far, but when it comes to socials/parties, it's worth the distance. These guys are marking a huge comeback here at MSU!!!

You can party and have fun with them and still feel safe, not like some of the other houses on campus. They may not be the most popular but they will rise, especially with the house they are getting.
