Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 4.6 Lower top-tier right behind SAE. Very similar to Sig Ep. They have one of their best pledge classes in years right now. Their tailgate for the Michigan game was ridiculous too.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 4.0 the one fraternity that people from lots of different places, solid guys from all across Michigan and other states, the other top houses are usually just comprised of rich private schools from one concentrated area, if you're looking for something different, a true brotherhood, and opportunity to have a great social network, this is the house for you

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 3.0 Being honest, this house is probably the biggest tryhards now even over lambda. They are going over a huge over haul as their most well known brothers don't exist anymore so they don't know how to stand out. For the most part it's an average looking house with some hot guys and some not so hot guys, there's a definite drop in looks since last year.
