Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 5.0 Definitely one of the top houses on campus. Been to many houses on campus and would say they are one of the top besides many houses that are douches and only talk to certain girls. Their house looks like a castle on the outside and is awesome on the inside. The guys are super cool and have the best place when it's warm out with the volleyball court. Would highly recommend for anyone interested!

Definitely one of the top houses on campus. Been to many houses on campus and would say they are one of the top besides many houses that are douches and only talk to certain girls. Their house looks like a castle on the outside and is awesome on the inside. The guys are super cool and have the best place when it's warm out with the volleyball court. Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 2.4 Always claiming that they are doing big things, but I swear they are scared to be one of the top tier houses. They'll always be a "meh" house because the ratios of their parties most of the times have way to many guys compared to girls. Actual top tier houses on campus laugh them off when they always boast.

Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at Michigan State University - MSU 1.8 they canceled a 2 on 2 with 2 top tier houses cause they didn't think it would happen and the other frat had to host it last minute for them and they tried fighting with the other houses. But their house looks cool and I've also heard they have a few cool older guys but the last couple years haven't been too good
